Why Tracking Your Donations Matters

Tracking donations helps ensure transparency, builds trust, and allows you to see how your generosity is supporting nonprofits. With Neki, staying informed about your donations is simple and seamless.

Step-by-Step Guide to Tracking Your Donations

1. Log into Your Neki Account

Visit https://my.neki.io and sign in using your credentials.

2. Go to Your Profile

Once logged in, click on “Profile”

            

 

3. Access the Donations Tab

Inside your profile, navigate to the "Donations" tab.

           

Here, you’ll find a list of all the donations you’ve made on the platform
    
4. Track Your Donation

Locate the specific donation you want to track and click on "Track Donation” to view details about where your donation is and  whether it has reached the nonprofit.
