How to reward an employee

1.Navigate to the home page

2.Create a post about them with a message, and a picture of them, as a token of appreciation

3.Donating to a nonprofit that they support and dedicating the donation to them can also be a great way to reward an employee.

a. To find which nonprofits they support, navigate to the employees profile and view their followed nonprofits, or sometimes asking the employee is simplest

 b. Once a nonprofit has been selected, donate to the nonprofit, and dedicate the donation to the employee! Be sure to include a message to thank the employee for their hard work!

4. Celebrations are also another way to show appreciation for an employee and reward them.
