How to set up Stripe to collect funds for your organization or individual?

With Stripe integrated into your Neki account, collecting contributions for causes—whether for an individual or your organization—becomes seamless and secure. Stripe handles all the details, from payments to compliance, so you can focus on what matters most: making an impact. Your supporters can contribute easily through various payment methods like credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, helping you raise funds and drive change, all in one simple process 

Here is how you can integrate stripe for Organization.

Note : You can set up Stripe to collect contributions for an individual or organization only if this feature is included in your subscription plan. If it's not currently part of your plan and you'd like to upgrade, feel free to reach out to our team at hello@neki.io.

Step 1. Go to the Login page by visiting - https://my.neki.io and enter your email ID and password.

Step 2. After logging in, click on ‘Administration' on the right side 

For Mobile:

On the Home page, tap ‘Admin’ in the bottom navigation bar.

Click this icon to open the menu and see additional options 

Step 3. Click on ‘Receive Funds’ 



Step 4. Click on ‘Connect’ to start your setup for Stripe.

Step 5. Enter you contact number  and submit. Enter the code received on your number.

Step 6. Select business type as individual or Company 


Business Type : Individual 

Step 1: Verify your personal details like Name, Email-id, Date of Birth etc and click on “Continue”



Step 2. Enter your business details and click on “Continue”

Step 3 : Select account for payouts. And click on “Agree and continue” in the step



 
Step 4:  Click on “Connect accounts” 

Step 5: Select account for payouts once again.

Step 6: Check all of your details and click on “Agree and Submit”.

After this step, the setup for Stripe will be complete.

To check if Stripe has been successfully integrated, go to the 'Receive Funds' section again. This is what it looks like after a successful integration.
