How to Create an Engaging Challenge for Your Teams?

Engage and motivate your team through challenges

Company-wide challenges are a great way to engage teams and foster collaboration, and teamwork while highlighting a social cause. It is a great way to connect though social impact.

For example:

An organization that wants to promote sustainability, can post challenges that encourage employees to adopt eco-friendly practices:

  • In honor of Earth Day, for the next week cut your electricity use by two hours a day.
  • In honor of Earth Day, refrain from using paper products for a whole week.

Challenges can also motivate employees to prioritize their physical well-being. For example:

  • Challenging employees to run one mile a day,
  • Challenging employees to meditate for 5 min each day.

A challenge is an activity with a competitive element. Each employee is asked to take action and share their journey or results. Ultimately, company-wide challenges cultivate a purpose-driven culture, fostering unity and driving personal and collective growth.
