# How to Track Your Donations 

**Why Tracking Your Donations Matters**  
  
When you contribute to a cause, you want to know that your donation is making an impact and has reached the beneficiary nonprofit. Tracking donations helps ensure transparency, builds trust, and allows you to see how your generosity is supporting nonprofits. With Neki, staying informed about your donations is simple and seamless.

**Step-by-Step Guide to Tracking Your Donations**

**1\. Log into Your Neki Account**  
  
Visit [https://my.neki.io](https://my.neki.io/) and sign in using your credentials.  
  
**2\. Go to Your Profile**

Once logged in, click on “Profile”

**3\. Access the Donations Tab**

Inside your profile, navigate to the **"Donations"** tab.

Here, you’ll find a list of all the donations you’ve made on the platform

**For Mobile :**  
On Home Page, Click on Profile Picture.

Click on 'Profile'

Scroll down to 'Overview' Section and click on 'Donations'

**4\. Track Your Donation**  
  
Locate the specific donation you want to track and click on **"Track Donation”** to view details about where your donation is and  whether it has reached the nonprofit.
